• FORM: Local Visits - In our effort to provide the pupils with various experiences during the academic year it may be necessary to take children on field trips / visits to various locations within the school's locality.
   
• FORM: Use of photographs for publicity - From time to time the school will take pictures of pupils taking part in various events. These photographs could de used in publications such as local newspapers, a school handbook or on a school website. Please return the following form to the school
   
• Guidlines for the use of vehicles on school premises - Your child's safety and wellbeing is our main priority in Ysgol Llandysul.
